Creating My Brand Identity

20th November 2011
For the Shetland Craft Fair 2011 I decided it was important to try and create a brand identity for my work. I had received a lot of good feedback about my close up photo of a Shetland pony, and it seemed to fit what I was trying to portray perfectly. Like a lot of my recent work it was shot in black & white, which I am finding an increasingly interesting avenue to explore. It also featured an instantly recognisable subject, which was shot in a less than conventional way. This photo has been used for my business cards, postcards, stickers, keyrings and fridge magnets. I have used it throughout my range of products, and will continue to use it for any future marketing I undertake. Hopefully it will become synonymous with my photography, a part of my fledgling brand identity.
