Paintings and Drawings
I have been a keen painter and drawer ever since I was a little boy, and still get the same feeling of excitement when a piece is finished and ready to hang. I had a painting displayed in the Shetland Open at Bonhoga Gallery last year, which even featured in the Shetland Times and I am planning to enter another painting into the Open this coming September.
If you have an image which you would like captured on canvas then I could be the man for you. Whether it is a portrait, a landscape or that treasured fishing boat you own I would be able to create the perfect momento for you to hang on your wall. Design Work
I have always enjoyed sketching, whether on the back of a maths jotter or on a scrap piece of paper and I seem to be quite good at coming up with creative and imaginative ideas and designs. When I was younger I won a competition to design the logo for the ferry company Norse Island Ferries and got to see my winning design on the side of the ship and the company merchandise. If you have a new business which you are setting up and you need a logo to suit then I could be there to help. As well as this things like posters, brochures and leaflets all need to be designed with maximum style and impact and I can help you through this process.
